About Worship.com
Our Mission
Our Mission Worship.com exists to glorify God, inviting people to pursue God wholeheartedly and in so doing mature into lifestyles that are in themselves a living sacrifice and which reflect God-worship as a way of life. Our mission is to connect next-generation pastors, church leaders, church planters, worship leaders, and worshipers with foundational, biblical, gospel-centered, theologically-rich resources that will help them learn biblical perspectives about God and themselves, mature in the faith, and develop lifestyles that exemplify a living sacrifice whereby all spheres of life reflect an act of ongoing, daily worship; lifestyles that include being a baptized member of a Bible-teaching, God-exalting, evangelical local church, through which they identify and utilize their gifts, talents and abilities to engage the culture via contemporary, progressive, Biblical ministry.
Statement of Faith
Theologically we believe in a historical, apostolic, biblical truth and a contemporary, progressive, biblical application of that truth. Our statement of belief includes, but is not limited to, the following: The Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God. There is only one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ. We believe he lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died a vicarious and atoning death on the cross, was resurrected from the dead, and ascended to the right hand of the Father. We believe he will return again, this time in power and glory. Salvation of lost and sinful man is necessary to avoid eternal punishment and this salvation comes only by the regeneration by the Holy Spirit. The chief end of man is to love God and enjoy Him forever.
