It is ultimately up to each of us to determine the proper balance between our priorities and our passions, based on our understanding of God’s direction in our lives, our motivations, and all the other factors that define our individual situations.
The lead worshipper in your church is not your worship leader. It’s your pastor. And everyone on staff is a worship leader as well.
